Job purpose
The role of the Lead Film Installer is to independently apply architectural window film to any commercial/residential window at a professional level. The installer is responsible for all aspects of the job including, but not limited to project planning, estimates, cutting templates, film removal, film installation, decision making and problem solving. Additionally the Installer understands different film qualities, benefits, characteristics, and applications and is able to communicate this information to customers.
Please note this position does require an in person assessment, be sure to follow up with a phone call to schedule an evaluation of your current installation skill level!
Duties and responsibilities
- Be able to install film at a professional level and capable of completing quality tint jobs in a timely manner
- Independently handle all aspects of the window film projects from sales inquiry to completion
- Be able to make recommendations based on customer needs
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Bring a positive attitude to work everyday
- Ensure the team as a whole is successful by being willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties
Qualifications
- 1+ year of film installation experience
- High School Diploma
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Position will be 40+ hours/week
Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 /hour
Hourly rate depends on experience and will be assessed during working interview
