ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Acceptable File Types:
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Preferred
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • EPS
  • PDF
* Please note that PNG, JPEG, and TIFF files are NOT accepted. Since BMP, PNG, JPG, TIFF, and GIF files are pixel-based files, they are not recommended for large format printing. A PNG file with a transparent background may be acceptable if it has a high enough resolution for the print project.

Strokes & Fonts: All strokes MUST be expanded and all text MUST be converted to outlines.

Artwork Recreation: We can re-create most artwork should it be unavailable in vector format. Price for this will be discussed based on the project.

Color Matching: We require a physical sample of the colors you would like to use in your printed artwork to ensure color accuracy. If you have used Pantone colors in your artwork, we will still need a physical color sample due to differences in appearance between screens.

Vehicle Wraps: If you are designing your own vehicle wrap, please customize it for the make/model/year of your vehicle. We can provide these templates, or you can purchase it from an outside source. We recommend building the design at 10% of the actual size. Resolution will be between 200-300 dpi when it is output at 100% of its actual size.

Artwork Approval Process: For most jobs, we will send a design proof that must be signed and returned before print production is started.
