Embroidery on Hats (Hats Included in Price)

Embroidery is a great way to embellish your hats. Embroidery gives a high end, custom feel to any garment. Our team has relationships with a variety of wholesale suppliers and we are able to source any style and color hat. We can accommodate small and large embroidery orders. Our minimum order is only 12 pieces; you can combine any 12 hats or 12 flat (shirts, polos, hoodies) items to make up the 12 pieces. If you are having your hats embroidered in 2 locations (for example the front and the back), calculate the total square inches of both designs when you select your embroidery size.

If you have done an embroidery order with us in the past and are redoing an order with the same design you will not need to pay the digitizing fee. If you are ordering with us for the first time we will digitize your logo for a one time fee of $40. Once we have your logo digitized in a specific size we will keep it on file so you'll never need to pay this fee again.

We take great care in handling and stitching garments, however we are not liable for any garments brought in by customers that may be damaged in the decoration process. If we source the hats for you, we will replace any hats that are damaged in the decorating process.

These are estimated prices, embroidery quotes may need to be revised if the stitch count is more than the average stitch count for the particular size of your design. We will know the exact stitch count once the digitization process is completed.
