Job purpose

The role of the Installer is to independently tint any type of vehicle and/or complete any architectural installation at a professional level. The installer is responsible for all aspects of the tint jobs including, but not limited to hand cutting templates, film removal, spoiler removals, door panels removals, setting up equipment and scaffolding, decision making and problem solving. Additionally the Installer understands different film qualities, characteristics, and applications and is able to communicate this information to customers.

Duties and responsibilities

• Be able to tint at a professional level and capable of completing quality tint jobs in a timely manner
  
• Be able to recommend films based on customers needs and circumstances
  
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  
• Bring a positive attitude to work everyday
  
• Provide excellent customer service
  
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  
• Ensure the team as a whole is successful by be willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of film installation experience
  
• High School Diploma
  
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
  
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
  
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Position will be 40+ hours/week

Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 /hour

Hourly rate depends on experience and will be assessed during working interview
